What does it mean to represent a buyer to the Jen Daniels Group?
- We advocate for you!! Buying a home is a major financial commitment, and one you should not make alone. It is very easy with today's technology to search for homes for sale, but that is just the TIP of the iceberg in regards to what a home search entails. You want someone to be your advocate on referring you to a lender, negotiating and fully understanding terms of the contract, guiding you through the inspection process, following up with your lender on timelines, laying out expectations, and MUCH, MUCH more!
- We do not push you into a home!! Our goal is to find you the right home, not just a good enough home. That means when you are touring homes for sale we not only point out all the good, fun, upgraded features of the home but we also make sure you understand potential negatives both when you as our client are living in the home as well as issues you might face when reselling that home later on down the line.
- You are our client for life!! Unlike many real estate brokers we are your resource for life. If you have about anything from school changes to the market price of your home, we are here as your resource!
- We pride ourselves in being low pressure!! This means we take very seriously your goals in buying a home and we stick to that. It does not mean we will not be open with you in regards to our knowledge and opinions about how things are going in your search, but we will not make you feel that you have to buy something you are not fully sold on.
